CIRB begins process to
ballot CTY members at CNR

CIRB Decision
Today a letter was received from the CIRB regarding our CN UTU
Certification Application. As indicated, the Board has ordered that a
representation vote be taken pursuant to Section 29(1) of the Code and
have appointed Mr. P. Sioui Thivierge, Regional Director, as returning
officer to supervise the vote and will communicate the details in the
near future.
It has been a long time coming but appears that we are now nearly there.
