Brothers & Sisters,

Attached is the long awaited CIRB Decision relative to our Certification Application filed earlier this year regarding our UTU Sisters and Brothers at CN Rail. It appears that the CIRB has dismissed all objections put forth by the UTU and CN and a vote has now been ordered. CN has until January 15, 2008 to supply certain particulars regarding the UTU membership and we will have input at each step of the way.
