impaired driving after a van smashed into a train Friday morning.
A man and a woman were taken were taken to hospital with minor injuries
following the crash around 10:30 a.m. on Notre Dame Avenue near Wall Street.
Police say the driver didn't stop despite the fact the crossing lights were

Const. Jacqueline Chaput said the vehicle was not stolen. The driver was

"It could have had tragic consequences. It's bad judgment for driving while
impaired," she said.
