CP Health and Safety Escalation process

Brothers and Sisters;

I reviewed a number of terms of reference of local Health and Safety committees and found that several contained the old Health and Safety Escalation process. Attached you will find a copy of the CP Health and Safety Escalation process that is presently in use. Would you please check your terms of reference and update them if you are still using the outdated escalation process.

If the Legislative Representative in your division is not one of the Health and Safety representatives would you please forward a copy of this email with the attachment to both of the Health and Safety representatives.

Please note this information has been sent to the CP Division Presidents, Secretary Treasurers, Local Chairmen, and Legislative Representatives.

Yours in solidarity,

Mike Wheten
